   - The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

   - You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 - 7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).

3. Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

   - Items marked as final sale or clearance.

   - Personalized or customized items.
